At Least 30 Evacuated in Northeast Philadelphia Apartment Fire

The 2 alarm fire broke out around 9:00pm in an apartment building in the 1800 block of Rhawn Street. According to fire officials, the fire started on the second floor. At least 30 residents had to be evacuated, according to fire officials. Some had to be rescued. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero talked to fire officials on the scene.
