Arrest of Kidnapping Suspect Caught on Cam

A surveillance camera captured the arrest of Carlos Figueroa-Fagot on Thursday. He was charged with trying to abduct a 10-year-old girl from a sidewalk in South Philly. NBC10’s Denise Nakano spoke to Figueroa-Fagot’s neighbors who say they were shocked by the arrest.
