Armed and Dangerous Man Threatens PWD and Police, Investigators Say

Investigators are searching for a man they described as “armed and dangerous” who allegedly threatened his former employer the Philadelphia Water Department as well as Philadelphia Police. NBC10’s Drew Smith spoke to the man’s neighbor.
