Arlen Specter a Life of Public Service

Senator Arlen Specter, 82, died on Sunday after a battling with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. His funeral will be held on Tuesday at Har Zion Temple in Penn Valley. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn sat down with Lynne Abraham former assistant D.A. to Specter.
