Are You a North Philadelphia Resident Expected to Evacuate Your Home This Weekend?

Saturday morning the Philadelphia Housing Authority will implode two of the three high-rises at the Norman Blumberg Apartments at 23rd and Ingersoll Streets in North Philadelphia. Residents who live in the red zone, must evacuate.
