Arctic Blast Ignites Wellness Checks

The blast of cold weather has many community members performing wellness checks on people who may need it. NBC10’s Doug Shimell followed along with volunteers from Meals on Wheels in Plymouth Meeting to make sure recipients not only had a warm meal but a warm place to stay as well.
