Another Rule Change for Voter ID

The court hearing for the controversial voter ID law was held on Tuesday and the state also changed the laws rules. The rule change states that Pennsylvania requires no documents to get a voter ID card you just have to be a registered voter. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn was in Harrisburg for the announcement and the hearing.
