4 Philly Cop Cars Damaged After Instagram Post Leads to Flash Mob

Nearly a thousand teens and young adults caused havoc near Temple University overnight Monday. They woke up neighbors as they traversed the street — damaging four police cars and throwing trash. Police say it started with a house party that grew after a post to Instagram.
