Norristown Considers Using 1940s-Era Amusement Tax

It’s been a law on the books since the end of World War II. That law involves an amusement tax that would have you paying more at entertainment events and even a local zoo. Norristown has never used the tax. Yet with a million dollar budget hole to fix, the council may change that.
