Amtrak Railbed Floods Home in Overbrook Farms

For Richard and Barbara Glenn of Overbrook Farms, an Amtrak rail bed next to their property has caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to their home. The rail bed overflows during major flooding, and the Glenns have had to pay for the mess on their own.
