Amtrak Suspends Service, Strands Commuters

Amtrak crews worked through the morning to get service restored to its Washington D.C. to Philadelphia route after a freight train caused a pole and power lines to fall on to the tracks early Tuesday morning. NBC10’s Matt Delucia was in Wilmington with frustrated passengers who are waiting for service to be restored.
