Alleged biker seen in a viral video attacking a woman in Center City has been arrested

Police have arrested the man wanted in connection to smashing a woman’s windshield and pointing a gun at her in front of her children in a viral video. NBC10’s Karen Hua has more on how the community rallied around her.
