All eyes are on Harrisburg as Gov. Shapiro calls on lawmakers to raise minimum wage

In his budget address, Pa. Gov. Josh Shapiro is calling on lawmakers for an increase to minimum wage. This has long been a hot topic in the commonwealth as neighboring states such as Delaware and New Jersey have raised their minimum wages.
