After Deadly Party Shooting, PPD Commissioner Vows More Cops on the Street

After a shooting that left a man dead and five others wounded during an illegal “pop-up” party being attended by some 150 people in Nicetown, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said more police officers would be patrolling streets to try and stem the rampant gun violence.
