After 20 years police have a suspect in the Fairmount Park rapes and murder

A case that investigators have spent 20 years trying to crack finally caught a break when DNA linked a man arrested for a series of crimes in Pennypack Park to the murder and rapes in Fairmount Park. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has the details and what police had to say.
