Afro Pick With Black Power Fist Installed Near Rizzo Statue

It’s a statue stand off between a newly created Afro pick sculpture and the statue of former Philadelphia mayor Frank Rizzo. Both statues stand at Thomas Paine Plaza and it has a lot of people talking. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville talked to a few.
