Afro Pick Sculpture Installed Near Rizzo Statue

Mural Arts Philadelphia installed a new sculpture of a 12-foot Afro pick with a black power fist handle approximately 50 feet from the bronze statue of controversial former Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo.
