ACLU Challenges Pa.'s Same-Sex Marriage Ban

The American Civil Rights Union announced that it filed a lawsuit that will seek to overturn a law that bans same-sex marriage in Pa. at a press conference on Tuesday in Harrisburg. ACLU attorneys say they chose Pennsylvania for this battle because the lawmakers are behind the curve. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports.
