Accused Middle School Teacher Leaves Court in Cuffs

Brian Miller was doing more than teaching music to at least one teenage student at Upper Perkiomen High School, according to prosecutors. On Monday he faced a judge and left court in cuffs after being charged in relation to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
