Will Taped Confession Be Allowed in Bucks County Murders Case?

Sean Kratz is one of two men charged in a murder spree on a sprawling Bucks County farm that left four young men dead two years ago. He is facing a judge in a hearing to determine if his taped confession can be used in trial. Kratz rejected a plea deal and he could face the death penalty if convicted.
