Abortion providers challenging Pa. law that forbids the use of state funds to pay for abortions under Medicaid

A group of abortion providers are challenging a Pennsylvania law that forbids the use of state funds to pay for abortions under Medicare. The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court released an opinion on Monday calling reproductive rights a “fundamental right” and sent it back to the lower courts to hear the arguments in the case.
