A Wheelchair Won't Stop This Man's Marathon Tradition

For 51 years Fred Duling has been competing in the Annual Schuylkill Navy Run. Unfortunately, this year he won’t be able to run due to an accident that left him paralyzed, but that won’t stop him from participating.
