A lot of questions remain as police investigate chase that ended in crash that shut down I-95

Police are investigating a chase that began at a New Castle County apartment complex Thursday morning and ended with a crash on I-95 in Delaware County. Authorities say an officer shot a man before the suspect stole his police cruiser and led law enforcement on a wild chase that involved multiple crashes along the way. The chase forced officials to shut down a portion of I-95 for a large gap of the morning creating a headache for drivers. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the story.
