A Heart on Ventnor Beach Is Lifting Spirits This Valentine's Day

A large heart made of seashells has formed on Ventnor Beach as part of an uplifting community project. People had the chance to share positive and meaningful messages on shells they brought to the beach. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg spoke to members of the community about what this project means to them.
