A family presses charges after their son was shot and killed by a Pennsylvania State Trooper last June

Police say last June they were called to a part of I-95 near Penn’s Landing for reports of cars blocking the south bound lanes and drivers doing burn outs. Pennsylvania State Trooper Robert Sobeck Jr. then shot and killed Anthony Allegrini Jr. after Allegrini allegedly hit two state troopers with his car. Now Allegrini’s parents are pressing charges.
