A call for help: Veteran mom in urgent need of kidney donor

An army veteran, former nurse and South Jersey mom is in urgent need of a kidney. Kristen Herman developed a severe sepsis infection just hours after giving birth to her youngest son resulting in stage 5 kidney failure. With the help of her loved ones, she has been sharing her story to raise awareness and get people to get tested as donors. NBC10’s Cydney Long shares her call for help in her search for a donor.
