‘Welcome' Philly Sign Divides Neighborhood

A man posted a sign indicating illegal drugs can be found any way one turns in his Philly neighborhood. He says the drastic measure was necessary to draw attention to the crime plagued area. NBC10’s Keith Jones finds out how the rest of the community feels about the sign’s strong message.
