‘Stop-and-Frisk' Tactic Under Fire in Philadelphia by Activists

Philadelphia activists protested Tuesday night outside the Fraternal Order of Police headquarters in Northeast Philadelphia over the controversial tactic of “stop-and-frisk” policing. The tactic was pushed back into the national spotlight during the well-watched presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton on Monday night.
