“Person of Interest” Detained in Officer's Murder

Police are questioning Rafael Jones, 23, in connection with the murder of Philadelphia Officer Moses Walker, Jr. They are also searching for a second man also involved in the shooting. Investigators vow it won’t be long until he is found.
