“I Pray Everday:” Alleged Cop Killer Shows Remorse

“My heart truly goes out to each and everyone of the family members,” said Frank Budka moments after he was arraigned in the death of Buck County police officer. Budka was intoxicated when he allegedly struck and killed Middletown Township Police Officer Christopher Jones while the officer was making a routine traffic stop, according to police. Jones’ patrol car hit the officer after Budka allegedly slammed into the car back in January of this year, said authorities. His own car crushed Jones — he would later die from his injuries. Budka is charged with homicide by vehicle, DUI, involuntary manslaughter and other related offenses.
