‘Armed and Dangerous' Man Found Dead in Vehicle

An “armed and dangerous” man who investigators say threatened to harm workers at his former employer, the Philadelphia Water Department, as well as Philadelphia police officers, was found dead in his vehicle Saturday. Police say he died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
