$40M Apartment Building Fails Inspection

Goldtex, a new $40 million apartment building complex failed an inspection after numerous safety issues were discovered by an L&I inspector. The property owner, Michael Pestronk, insists that the building is safe. NBC10’s Daralene Jones reports.
