911 Calls from Accident That Killed NJ Trooper and Doctor

Callers told emergency dispatchers that a car was swerving all over Route 55 in Cumberland County on Monday night. That same car killed New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams in a head-on crash seconds later. The driver of the vehicle, Dr. Lloyd Rudley, also died in the crash.
