9-Year-Old Boy Pushes to Make Intersection in Newark, Delaware Safer

A nine year old boy from Newark, Delaware is worried about safety at a nearby intersection and is doing something about it. His plan to keep both drivers and pedestrians safe was passed at a city hall meeting. NBC10’s Delaware Bureau reporter Tim Furlong has his story.
