Philly 8th Graders Take Trip to Dominican Republic

Eighth graders from Jacquelyn Y. Kelley Discovery Charter School departed for a class trip of a lifetime Monday morning. Their destination: the Dominican Republic. The school say it is their way of having kids learn outside of the classroom.
