65-year-old woman dies in West Chester apartment fire the day after Christmas

Residents in an apartment building that caught fire the day after Christmas are salvaging what’s left of their belongings. But they are even more saddened by the loss of their neighbor, a 65-year-old woman, who died from that fire. NBC10’s Frances Wang has the story.
