Montgomery County Town Tells Stories of Fallen, Missing Soldiers

Traffic came to a stop along Willow Grove Avenue in Flourtown, Pennsylvania on Memorial Day so that Richard Halloway could tell his brother Edward (Skip)’s story. Skip, then 20, died in Vietnam nearly 50 years earlier. Skip’s story is among an exhibit of fallen and missing soldiers that will be displayed at the Springfield Township Library for the next year.
