4-Year-Old Killed With Illegally Owned Gun: Police

Demetrius Williams, the boyfriend of the mother of the 4-year-old girl who was shot and killed in Philadelphia, now faces an involuntary manslaughter charge as well as weapons violations. Police say Williams illegally owned the gun that killed 4-year-old Sani Holmes.
