4-Year-Old Girl's Death Ruled a Homicide

Sources are telling us that for a second day, police are questioning the 4-year-old girl’s mother and live-in boyfriend. The bruised and bloody girl, Seanita Brown was brought to CHOP and later died at the hospital. NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez reports.
