3rd Degree Murder Charge for ‘Black Madam'

Padge Windslowe, also known as the “Black Madam”, was charged with 3rd degree murder on Tuesday for the death of Claudia Aderotimi. Police say Aderotimi received illegal butt injections from Windslowe in February 2011. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports.
