Boy, 3, Returns Home Months After Surviving Hit-&-Run That Killed Mom

A 3-year-old boy who survived a hit-and-run that killed his mother in North Philadelphia returned home on Tuesday after spending months in the hospital. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville was there as the boy’s loved ones welcomed him home while police continue to search for the hit-and-run driver.
