3 Delaware County Officers Charged in Shooting Death of 8-Year-Old Girl

Three Delaware County police officers have been charged with manslaughter in the death of 8-year-old Fanta Bility. Investigators say bullets from the officers struck and killed the girl while they were involved in a shootout with two suspects outside of a high school football game.
