24 Sickly Cats Rescued by Bucks County SPCA

Two dozen cats living inside an unheated vehicle in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, were rescued by the Bucks County SPCA. Now they’ll need new homes as they continue to recover. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the story.
