2 Women Killed, 2 Others Hurt in Port Richmond Shooting

Philadelphia police say they found two people shot dead at Delaware and Castor avenues in Port Richmond early Monday morning. A teenager was rushed to the hospital as well, and a block away, police found another person who had been shot.
