2 women and 2 men shot in Wilmington

Four people were shot late Saturday night in Wilmington, Delaware, two women in their 40s and two men in their 20s. All victims were transported to the hospital, one is in critical condition and all the others are stable. Our cameras spotted more than two dozen bullet casings on the street.
