2 Men Kidnap, Beat and Rob Victim in Atlantic City: Police

Two South Jersey men are behind bars, accused of kidnapping, beating and robbing a 30-year-old victim in Atlantic City Wednesday. Police say Steven Young and Sterling Spence forced the victim into a car at gunpoint, drove around as they beat him and then stole his cellphone. The two men were later arrested near Dorset and Ventnor avenues in Ventnor City after a neighbor called police. The victim is expected to be okay.
