2 Men in Custody After Police Shootout

Four police officers were patrolling a North Philadelphia neighborhood early Monday morning when a gun fight broke out between three men. Two of those men returned fire on the police, which left dozens of shell casings and fragments poured out on to the street. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports.
