2 Arrested After 13-Year-Old Is Shot in the Head

Two people were arrested after a 13-year-old boy was shot in the head during a house party in Philadelphia. Police say the shooting was accidental but have released few details regarding what led to it. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the latest on the investigation.
