16-year-old dead, another teen hurt in Germantown shooting

Police say they found two teenagers shot in the middle of the street in Germantown. A 16-year-old was shot twice in the back and died at the hospital. A 17-year-old is still recovering in the hospital. A man who was driving by car was nearly hit with a bullet that went through his car window and through his sleeve. Surveillance captured the incident.
