16 Year-Old Boy Killed by Suspected Drunk Driver, Police Say

Police say a drunk driver in a stolen car struck and killed a 16-year-old boy in Philadelphia. NBC10’s Deanna Durante spoke with the teen’s mother as well as the owner of the stolen car who has video of the suspect.
